Kelly Harple
Owner, Publisher
STROLL Riverview
Hi, I’m Kelly Harple, the CEO and Publisher of Stroll Riverview, a private, luxury neighborhood magazine delivered exclusively to Riverview and The Enclaves here in Chattanooga.
With nearly 30 years of experience in advertising and publishing, I’ve learned one simple truth: you can’t buy trust, but you can earn it. That belief shapes everything I do.
I’m a natural connector at heart. I believe in showing up, building relationships face-to-face, and creating meaningful connections between neighbors and the local businesses that serve them. I’m not just a publisher behind the scenes. I’m present, invested, and part of the community I serve.

What I Do

Through Stroll Riverview, I:
-Publish a monthly, private neighborhood magazine
-Share real stories about real neighbors
-Connect trusted local businesses directly with affluent homeowners
-Create brand visibility through print, events, and social presence
-Build long-term partnerships, not one-off advertisements

How I Do It Differently

Stroll is not traditional advertising. It’s relationship-driven storytelling.

Private Audience

Our magazine is delivered only to Riverview and The Enclaves. No newsstands. No mass distribution. Just intentional, high-value reach.

Trust-Based Marketing

Businesses are introduced into the neighborhood with care, credibility, and context.

Relationship First, Always

Our partners become part of the neighborhood story through features, events, and genuine connection.

High-Touch Publisher Presence

I’m personally involved in every partnership. Every relationship matters.

Storytelling Over Selling

We don’t interrupt lives. We integrate into them.

Who It’s For

Stroll Riverview is for: -Local businesses that value relationships over clicks
-Brands seeking credibility, not noise
-Business owners focused on long-term brand equity
-Partners who want to be known, trusted, and remembered
Ready to be part of the neighborhood? Let’s build trust together.
